Majestic Two Tones

The inspiration card made by Debby Hughes at Altenew February challenge was my inspiration to make my cards for Altenew's challenge. I used two different neutral colors, grey and kraft, as the backgrounds for the cards. I first stamped the Altenew's Majestic Bloom stamps base image with white pigment ink and stamped the layers with Ruby Red and Coral Berry. The leaves were stamped the same way with Frayed Leaf ink.

For the sentiment, I die cut the "Thank you" four times and glued them together. And finally, I added silver and pink sequins for the grey card. For the kraft card, I used copper and pink sequins.

Here are the two cards side by side. I think I am in love with the grey.

Also the Card Concept #86 Old Fashion Love. I was inspired by the pink flowers and the white accents for my clean and simple card.

Smiley Happy Birthday

I was inspired by the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch and made a happy birthday card with smiley face balloons. The balloons are from My Favorite Things' BB Happy Hippos stamp set. I masked the balloons and stamped the balloons four times in total, then I painted them with watercolor and added smiley faces. Painting all the colorful balloons and the smiley faces made me very happy.

Kind Bear

I made a cute bear card for a friend. I used the kind bear die from Paper Smooches and the impression mat to make an impression on a craft card base, then I colored the bear with colored pencils.

Majestic Thank You

I love my Altenew majestic bloom stamp set and the coordinating die set. It's so easy to make gorgeous cards with them.

This is a close up. The sentiment Thank You was stamped using black pigment ink then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. I fuzzy cut the sentiment and used foam tapes to give it a pop.

Purple Birthday

I had to try the colored pencil coloring on dark card base after I saw this card made by Sandy Allnock. I always got so inspired watching her videos!

I wanted to make a purple birthday card with the cutest elephant and this is the card I came up with. A purple elephant is hard to come by, but I just couldn't resist to make her purple!

Here is a close-up.

I like the white highlights on the balloon, the butterfly, the flowers and on the elephant. I also added some highlights on the ground using uni-ball white gel pen and used my fingers to smooth it out. Isn't she the cutest little purple elephant?

White Christmas

It's the first day of winter tomorrow. I can feel the cold, but they say no white Christmas here this year. Well, we can still dream of a white Christmas, right?! Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!

I am entering this card to the CAS-ual Friday Challenge: CFC189 -- Dreaming of a White Christmas.

Christmas Tree

I am making lots of CAS Christmas cards lately. It's quick and easy especially when I have lots of cards to make and I tried to make them all differently. Here is one of the cards.
