I am sharing an easy to make die cuts only card using the so cute Kind Bear Die from Paper Smooches again. The sentiment was also die cut using pink cardstock to match the pink flower.
Here is a close up. I added some shimmers with Wink of Stella glitter brush on the flower and the sentiment.
The inspiration card made by Debby Hughes at Altenew February challenge was the inspiration to make my cards for Altenew's challenge. I used two different neutral colors, grey and kraft, as the backgrounds for the cards. I first stamped the Altenew's Majestic Bloom stamps base image with white pigment ink. When the ink was dry I then stamped the layers with Ruby Red and Coral Berry. The leaves were stamped the same way with white pigment ink and Frayed Leaf ink. For the flower centers, I heat embossed with silver embossing powder for the grey card and copper embossing powder for the kraft card.
The "Thank you" die cuts are part of the Majestic Bloom Stamp and Die Bundle. They are so pretty and so versatile. You can arrange the two words vertically or horizontally or move them around to accommodate any images. Here, I die cut them four times and glued them together before put them on the left of the flowers. And finally, I added silver and pink sequins for the grey card. For the kraft card, I used copper and pink sequins.
Here are the two cards side by side. I think I am in love with the grey.
I was inspired by the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch and made a happy birthday card with smiley face balloons. The balloons are from My Favorite Things' BB Happy Hippos stamp set. I masked the balloons and stamped the balloons four times in total, then I painted them with watercolor and added smiley faces. Painting all the colorful balloons and the smiley faces made me very happy.
I made a cute bear card for a friend. I used the kind bear die from Paper Smooches and the impression mat to make an impression on a craft card base, then I colored the bear with colored pencils.
