Floral Thank You

I have been wanting to play along this week's challenge at CAS(E) this Sketch #187 for the last few days. I have changed my mind several times but still couldn't think of the perfect card. Has this ever happened to you? How and where did you find inspirations?

I finally sat down to make this card this morning. I stamped some flowers with changed orientation by forty-five degrees, and moved them to the sides, but kept the sentiment on its original position. Can you see the sketch from the card? I stamped 4 flowers on the left and 3 on the right to match the number of elements from the sketch. The inks I used were from Ranger. For the sentiment, I used Tsukineko Brilliance pigment ink. I love the added shimmer in the ink. It is very hard to see from the photo. But the shimmer really made the sentiment focal point of the card. I love to make thank you cards. We can never get too many of thank you cards on hand, right?

Here is the CAS(E) sketch #187.

I am also playing along the August challenge at Penny Black: Anything Goes With a Stamp.
